Tecno’s MegaPad Pro is official. Tecno calls it an Essential AI Tablet, but it can do more than summarize emails. For students, the tablet can organize study materials, complete assignments, and even collaborate with peers. For business pros, it can handle emails and presentations.
The tablet even has a dedicated AI key to prompt Tecno’s Ella Assistant.
The MegaPad Pro has a 12-inch ‘2K’ Ultra Sensory Display with 450 nits of brightness and a 90Hz refresh rate. The tablet also packs four Dolby-enabled speakers for movies, music, and Zoom calls.
The MegaPad Pro earns its name with a 10,000mAh battery that Tecno reckons is good for 8 hours of heavy tasks.
Tecno took the IFA stage to announce that it’s making its laptops available in Europe. The MegaBookK15S and K16S, and the Mega Mini G1 gaming mini-PC are available in Spain and France.
The timing isn’t random – Tecno’s laptops are available just in time for Back to School. Tecno is partnering with retail distributor MCR, making its laptops available through MediaMarkt and Carrefour.
Tecno announced that its MegaBook S14, which at just 899 grams is the industry’s lightest 14-inch OLED AI laptop, will come to select European markets in Q4 of 2025.
