Samsung unveiled the Galaxy Tab S11 and Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra alongside the Galaxy S25 FE. The company’s latest Android flagship tablets are packed with AI features and offer new chipsets, a redesigned S Pen, and upgraded DeX experience for the tablets.
Galaxy Tab S11 and Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ SoC. The base Tab S11 comes with 12 GB of RAM and up to 512 GB storage, whereas the Ultra variant offers up to 16 GB RAM and 1 TB storage. Both support storage expansion via a microSD card slot.
The Galaxy Tab S11 features an 11-inch screen, while the Tab S11 Ultra sports a 14.6-inch display. In both cases it’s a Dynamic AMOLED 2x panel that delivers up to 1,600 nits of peak brightness, 120 Hz refresh rate, and Full HD+ resolution. The Ultra variant also gets an anti-reflection coating on the display.
At the back, the Galaxy Tab S11 has a single 13 MP camera, whereas the Ultra comes with a dual camera setup that consists of a 13 MP main sensor and an 8 MP ultrawide unit. The two tablets share a 12 MP ultrawide camera on the front.
Samsung’s smaller Galaxy Tab S11 is just 5.5mm thick and weighs 496g, whereas the larger Ultra is 692g, but is even slimmer at 5.1mm. You get a glass front and an aluminum unibody construction on both tablets along with an IP68 rating.
There’s an 8,400 mAh battery on the Tab S11, and a larger 11,600 mAh cell on the Ultra model. Both tablets support 45W wired charging. The tablets also get an under-display fingerprint scanner, quad speakers, and Bluetooth 5.4. The Tab 11 gets Wi-Fi 6E, while the Ultra upgrades to Wi-Fi 7. They both run Android 16-based One UI 8 out-of-the-box.
The tablets offer new Galaxy AI features such as Gemini Live, Drawing Assist, Writing Assist, Circle to Search, and more. They also come with an upgraded DeX experience that is said to improve multi-tasking with a new Extended Mode. The S-Pen has been redesigned and now has a hexagonal grip with a cone shaped tip.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 and Tab S11 Ultra are available in Gray and Silver colors. The base model offers 12 GB of RAM across all storage variants, whereas the Ultra is available with 16 GB of RAM on the 1 TB storage option.
The Wi-Fi only Tab S11 starts at €899 ($1050) for the 128 GB variant. It costs you €959 ($1120) for the 256 GB option, and €1079 ($1260) for 512 GB. Meanwhile, the LTE model is priced at €1049 ($1225) for 128 GB, €1109 ($1295) for 256 GB, €1229 ($1430) for 512 GB.
On the other hand, the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra Wi-Fi costs €1,339 ($1,560) for 12 GB/256 GB, €1,459 ($1,699) for 12 GB/512 GB, and €1,759 ($2,049) for 16 GB/1 TB. The LTE variant is €1,489 ($1,735) for 12 GB/256 GB, €1,609 ($1,874) for 12 GB/512 GB, and €1,909 ($2,225) for the top 16 GB/1 TB trim.
