Following a premature listing from last week, Samsung has now officially announced its Galaxy Buds3 FE. These are the maker’s latest affordable wireless earbuds coming in as the successor to the original Galaxy Buds FE from 2023.
Buds3 FE bring the same basic look as the Buds3 Pro with Samsung’s new stem design and in-ear tips. They feature dynamic drivers alongside three microphones for active noise cancellation (ANC). They pair over Bluetooth 5.4 with AAC, SBC and Samsung Seamless Codec (SSC) support. You also get dual device pairing and spatial audio.
Buds3 FE feature pinch and swipe gestures for controls and offer hands-free access to Google Gemini and real-time translation via Galaxy AI Interpreter. They also feature Find My Earbuds support. They are also IP54 water and dust-resistant.

There’s a 53mAh battery in each of the earbuds and a 515mAh cell in their charging case. Samsung claims you can expect up to 6 hours of playback time from the buds with ANC on and 8.5 hours with ANC off. The charging case extends these values to 24 and 30 hours, respectively. Charging is exclusively handled by the case and its USB-C connector.
