OnePlus has announced that its upcoming compact flagship — the OnePlus 13s — will be launching in India on June 5 at 12:00 IST.
The phone is being launched in India in three colors, two of which we are familiar with from the OnePlus 13T. These include the Black Velvet and the Pink Satin. India, however, gets an additional exclusive color called Green Silk but does not get the gray color of the 13T. The green and pink model have a new soft touch finish that is dubbed Velvet Glass.
The OnePlus 13s is being touted as a compact flagship smartphone. It features the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chip and to keep it cool the phone has a 4400mm² vapor chamber heatsink, and a unique cooling layer on the back to keep the surface temperatures low.
Having the same design as the 13T, the 13s is 8.5mm thick and weighs 185g with a 50:50 top to bottom weight distribution. The front and back glass have 2.5D curved edges to them. The phone also features the new Plus Key, à la the iPhone Action Button, which lets you access features such as notification settings, AI tools, and more.
We don’t yet have all the specifications and pricing information, which should be available closer to or at launch.
