Nothing started out its journey with its Ear (1) wireless earbuds, and the brand is now launching its first over-ear headphones – the aptly named Headphone (1). These come with the signature Nothing transparent look on the outside of the earcups and are primed to challenge the flagship noise-cancelling headphones from brands like Sony, Bose and Sennheiser.

Headphone (1) were developed in collaboration with British audio brand KEF and feature 40mm dynamic drivers with the drivers, chambers and software all featuring KEF tuning. Nothing is also bringing an eight-band sound equalizer, which you can tweak inside the Nothing X app. There’s support for the AAC, SBC, and LDAC codecs.

The headphones feature a total of six microphones, paired with a 42dB hybrid active noise-canceling (ANC) system. They pair over Bluetooth 5.3 with dual device pairing and support for Google Fast Pair and Microsoft Swift Pair. You also get in-ear detection for automatic play/pause of media

The headphones weigh 329 grams and feature IP52 ingress protection against dust and water.

Battery life is rated at up to 80 hours of playback (without ANC) thanks to the 1,040mAh battery. Charging is done via USB-C, and they also feature a 3.5mm headphone jack if you prefer going the wired route.
