Motorola just unveiled its Edge 60 series as its first quad-curved models in their respective segment. The Motorola Edge 60 Pro and Edge 60 come in a choice of Pantone-curated colors and new textured backings.

The two phones have the same 6.7-inch quad-curved p-OLED screen, which Moto says is its brightest yet at 4,500 nits. The screen is a 2712x1220px HDR10+ panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. Both phones also share a triple camera system on the back, with the same 50MP 1/1.56-inch Sony Lytia LYT-700C main shooter.

There’s a 50MP f/2.0 ultrawide with PDAF, a 73mm f/2.0 3x zoom camera with a 10MP sensor and up to 50x Super Zoom, and a 50MP f/2.0 selfie camera upfront.

Also shared is the enhanced durability – both smartphones come with IP68 and IP69 dust and water protection, and MIL-ST-810H certification for extreme temperatures, 95% humidity, high altitudes, and drops from up to 1.5 meters.

The Motorola Edge 60 Pro can be had in three finishes, each with a different feel. Pantone Shadow has a leather-like backing, Pantone Dazzling Blue has a nylon-inspired textured finish, while the Pantone Sparkling Grape has a sandpaper-esque rear panel.

The Edge 60 Pro has the 4nm Dimensity 8350 SoC, paired with either 8GB or 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM (expandable through RAM Boost). You can have 256GB or 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage.

The Motorola Edge 60 Pro has a massive 6,000mAh battery – a big jump from the 4,500mAh on its predecessor. It supports 90W TurboPower wired and 15W wireless charging.

Motorola brings its enhanced moto ai to the Edge 60 series. Next Move recognizes what’s on your screen (read a recipe, create a music playlist, add a calendar reminder, etc). On the imaging side, Motorola introduced the Photo Enhancement Engine to fine-tune details, reduce noise, and deliver optimized images. Pantone doesn’t end with the phone’s physical appearance – you have Pantone Validated SkinTone for the people shots as well.

The display is also Pantone Validated, and the phones’ stereo speakers have Dolby Atmos.

The Motorola Edge 60 comes in a nylon-like Pantone Gibraltar Sea, a leather-like Pantone Shamrock, and a sandpaper-like Pantone Plum Perfect. There are two versions of the Edge 60 – one has a 5,200mAh, but there’s also a model with a 5,500mAh battery. Whichever unit you pick, it will charge via 68W TurboPower (wired).

The Motorola Edge 60 has a Dimensity 7300 SoC with 8GB or 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and either 256GB or 512GB of built-in storage. Unlike the Pro, the Edge 60 also has a microSD card slot.
