Realme will launch the GT 7 and GT 7T next week (Tuesday, May 27) with an event in Paris. Note that this is a different GT 7 than the model that launched in China – it will use the Dimensity 9400e instead of a 9400+. But let’s turn our attention to the 7T model as some key specs have leaked thanks to a photo of the phone’s box.
The Realme GT 7T (model number RMX5085) will be powered by the Dimensity 8400 Max chipset. This particular unit was configured with 8GB of RAM and 256GB storage and is the IceSense Blue (this is new Realme tech that uses graphene to better cool the chipset).
The phone will have a massive 7,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging (likely wired-only). The display size is not listed, but it will boost to 6,000 nits (it’s labeled as a “Pro-Esports Display”).
The GT 7T’s main camera will use the same 50MP sensor as the GT7 for China, a Sony IMX896 (1/1.56”). It’s rated IP69 for dust and water resistance. Finally, this model (intended for sale in India, Nepal and Bhutan) supports the following 5G bands: 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, 20, 26, 28, 38, 40, 41, 66, 77 and 78.
There are landing pages for the Realme GT 7T and Realme GT 7 on Amazon India (the latter has more details).
Leaked specs for the GT 7T suggest a 6.8” OLED display (1280p+, 120Hz), an 8MP ultra-wide camera to go with the 50MP main and a 32MP selfie. There was no 8/256GB model when the 7T showed up on a Polish retailer, but the 12/256GB version was priced at €650 and the 12/512GB one was €700.
