Apple is holding an event on September 9, during which it will make the iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Air, iPhone 17 Pro, and iPhone 17 Pro Max official.
Today a very quick hands-on video has surfaced in China, purportedly depicting a real iPhone 17 Pro Max unit being handled by someone working on the iPhone production line. This is, needless to say, big if true. Here’s the video for your enjoyment (just don’t blink or you’ll miss it):
The oft-rumored redesign of the rear is once again confirmed, complete with a huge camera island that extends all across from the left side to the right. The design of the rest of the back contains another area that’s outlined in order to make the camera island less of an eyesore.
Of course, this could just be yet another dummy unit – we’ve definitely seen plenty of those when it comes to the iPhone 17 family. Regardless of what it is, it makes it pretty clear that the leaked redesign will become reality next week.
