đ¨ New Feature Alert!
Do you host other podcasts or have favorites youâd love to recommend?
With Podroll, RSS.com creators can now showcase up to six other podcasts directly from their Dashboard! Itâs a great way to support and network with fellow podcasters.
The shows you select will be prominently displayed on your public RSS.com website.
Awesome, right? Hereâs how to get started with Podroll!

Whatâs a Podroll?
A Podroll is a list of curated podcasts that you control. Itâs a way to tell your fans and followers, âHey, these are my favorite shows â you should check them out too!â
Itâs like a mini-showcase of your favorite podcasts that displays the podcast cover art, the name of the show, and the hosts â all the important stuff.
Also, when a visitor clicks on a show, theyâll be sent directly to that podcast.
Using Podroll to publicly recommend other podcasts is easy and can be done directly in your RSS.com Dashboard:
1. Sign in to your RSS.com account and go to âSettings.â

2. Scroll down to the âPodroll Recommendationsâ section, and then click âAdd Recommendations.âÂ

3. Add up to six of your favorite podcasts.

Your recommendations will now be displayed on your public RSS.com podcast website!
The Podcasts You Choose For Your Podroll Donât Have to Be RSS.com Podcasts!
As long as the podcast you want to showcase is hosting their show with a company that supports Podroll feature, you can add it to your Podroll list.
According to PodcastIndex.org, these are the apps that support the Podroll:
- RSS.com
- Blubrry
- PowerPress by Blubrry
- Sovereign Feeds
- Podhome
- Transistor
- Buzzsprout
- CastGarden
- Oncetold
- iono.fm

If youâre hosting your podcast with a company that doesnât support the Podroll feature, it could hurt your visibility. Check out our post The Best Podcast Hosting of 2025 to compare pricing and features of the top platforms in the industry.
Podcast RSS Feed
But wait, thereâs more! Your Podroll recommendations will also be included in your podcastâs RSS feed. So, when someone subscribes to your show using a podcast app or directory that supports RSS.comâs enhanced features (like TrueFans and Podfriend), theyâll see your Podroll recommendations in your feed.
Now, we know what youâre thinking â âBut what about other apps?â As of June 2024, TrueFans and Podfriend are the only two supporting apps. But weâre optimistic that more apps will jump on board and join the Podroll party soon.
Podcast Recommendations Are a Great Way to Network
One of the best ways to network is by being in each otherâs Podroll â itâs like a digital high-five!
When you add another podcasterâs show to your Podroll, youâre basically telling your audience, âHey, check out this awesome show!â And guess what? That podcaster might just return the favor and add your show to their Podroll too. Itâs like a beautiful cycle of podcast love!
Being in each otherâs Podroll can help you reach a whole new group of listeners. Someone discovers your show through another podcasterâs Podroll and vice versa.
Plus, networking with other podcasters helps build a sense of community. Youâre not just promoting each otherâs shows, youâre supporting each other. Youâre showing that you appreciate and respect each otherâs work.
So, donât be shy about reaching out to other podcasters â ask if theyâd like to swap Podroll recommendations.
