In recent days, numerous rumors have surfaced about Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S26 lineup. The latest suggests that some phones in the lineup may not receive any upgrades in charging speeds.
According to leaker Ice Universe (PhoneArt on X), the Galaxy S26 Pro and Galaxy S26 Edge will offer 25W fast charging support, same as the current Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25 Edge. This contradicts a recent rumor that hinted at 45W charging support on the Pro model.
If the new rumor is true, it will be a big disappointment for Samsung fans. The Galaxy S26 Pro is said to pack a 4,300 mAh battery, and the S26 Edge could pack a 4,200 mAh cell. The Galaxy S26 Pro is expected to replace the standard Galaxy S model, whereas the Galaxy S26 Edge will replace the Galaxy S+ variant.
