TCL unveiled several new products at IFA 2025. Alongside the NextPaper 60 Ultra, the brand also announced the NextPaper 5G Junior smartphone, the TCL MoveTime MT48 kids smartwatch and the PlayCube projector.

TCL NextPaper 5G Junior is a 5G smartphone designed for teenagers. It’s built around a 6.7-inch IPS LCD (FHD+ 120Hz) NextPaper screen with the same eye-friendly properties as the brand’s other smartphones and tablets.

This one also comes bundled with a protective case and ring holder and is loaded with parental controls and a digital detox mode. There’s a Dimensity 6300 chipset under the hood paired with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage.

The back houses a 50MP main camera while the battery comes in at 5,200 mAh. You also get a headphone jack and microSD card slot. TCL NextPaper 5G Junior is priced at €249 and is set to launch in Europe next month.

MoveTime MT48 is a €150 kids smartwatch with 4G cellular connectivity. It supports VoLTE calls, text messages and video calls and also features dual-band GPS connectivity.

The watch comes with a 1.68-inch touch screen that’s wrapped in a rugged plastic casing. It’s IP68 water and dustproof and features a 900mAh battery rated at up to 2.5 days of endurance on a single charge. MoveTime MT48 will be available across European markets from late October.

PlayCube is a projector with built-in Google TV. It features an OSRAM 3-color LED light source and 750 lumens of brightness. TCL claims a 1.21:1 projection ratio, which covers a 30-150” projection area with automatic keystone correction and autofocus. As the name suggests, the PlayCube is inspired by Rubik’s Cube and features a twistable design that allows you to project content at various angles. You also get a built-in 5W speaker with Dolby Audio support.
