At its launch event today, Google didn’t just unveil the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL, Pixel Watch 4, and Pixel Buds 2a, but also the Pixel 10 Pro Fold.
It comes with an 8-inch 2076×2156 LTPO OLED folding screen with 3,000-nit peak brightness, a 6.4-inch 1080×2364 LTPS OLED cover screen with 120 Hz refresh rate and 3,000-nit peak brightness, and the Tensor G5 SoC like the rest of the family. It’s paired with the Titan M2 chip, 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM, and 256GB/512GB/1TB of UFS 4.0 storage.
Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold in Moonstone
There’s a 48 MP main camera, a 10.5 MP ultrawide with 127-degree field-of-view (FOV), a 10.8 MP telephoto with 5x optical zoom, and two selfie cameras (one embedded in each screen) – both 10 MP with 87-degree FOV.
The device boasts a 5,015 mAh battery with support for 30W wired charging and 15W Qi2 wireless charging. Via wire, it will go from zero to 50% in 30 minutes. The Pixel 10 Pro Fold will run Android 16 from its release, and will get seven years of major Android updates, security patches, and Pixel Drops.
Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold in Jade
It’s IP68 certified for dust and water resistance, 10.8mm thick when folded, 5.2mm thick when unfolded, and weighs 258g. It will be offered in two colors: Moonstone (grayish) and Jade (greenish). It has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor embedded into the power button, stereo speakers, three mics, and support for Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6, NFC, UWB, and dual-SIM with one physical slot and one eSIM slot.
It will become available on October 9. It’s priced at $1,799 / CAD 2,399 / €1,899 / INR 1,72,999 with 256GB of storage, $1,919 / CAD 2,569 / €2,029 with 512GB, and $2,149 / CAD 2,869 / €2,289 with 1TB.
Compared to its predecessor, it has a slightly larger cover display, a better chipset, faster (and more) storage, and a bigger battery that charges faster both through wires and wirelessly.
