iQOO has already acknowledged the existence of its upcoming flagship device, the 15, and we assumed that it might become official in September, right after Qualcomm will unveil the chipset that will be powering it, the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2.
However, according to a new rumor out of China, the iQOO 15 will in fact wait until October to be announced. The phone is said to sport a super-high quality screen made by Samsung, and a vivo self-developed gaming chip.

Previous rumors talked about the iQOO 15 boasting a 6.85-inch flat AMOLED display with QHD+ resolution, three 50 MP cameras on the rear including a periscope telephoto with 3x optical zoom, an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, and support for 100W wired charging for its 7,000 mAh battery. There may apparently also be an iQOO 15 Ultra, coming next year with physical gaming trigger buttons, a built-in active cooling fan, and support for wireless charging.
