Last month we came across a Geekbench listing for the upcoming Infinix GT 30 Pro and we now have confirmation for its launch date and key specs. Infinix will introduce the device in Malaysia on May 21 at 3PM local time (7AM UTC). The gaming phone will be joined by the Infinix XPad GT gaming tablet and the GT Buds.

The teaser campaign is in full swing with the brand showcasing bits of the GT 30 Pro’s design and also confirming some of its key specs. In typical gaming phone fashion, the device will be equipped with RGB lighting elements, and it is confirmed to feature capacitive shoulder triggers.

Infinix confirmed it will feature a 144Hz AMOLED display and will be equipped with MediaTek’s Dimensity 8350 chipset. Rumors also point to a 5,500mAh battery with 67W charging.
